Women love to use a crash diet to lose weight. Crash diets are not the best way to lose weight. When you crash diet, you are losing muscle tissue. Muscles are vital for burning fat. Therefore, you can lose the weight, but your body will look flabby and have a harder time boosting up your metabolism. Also, crash diets do not lead to permanent weight loss.
